07/03/09 - Presentation Night

On 4th April, there will be a Presentation Night for Seniors and Juniors, starting at 7.30pm. There will be a curry at £5 per head.

07/03/09 - Kwik Cricket

Chestfield Cricket Club invites boys and girls (6-11 years old) to come and play Kwik Cricket at Grasmere Road. There is a registration night on 27th March (7.30pm) and Kwik Cricket Training will be every Tuesday night from 28th April, 6pm - 7.30pm. 06/02/09 - New skipper believes that his new look side can be successful

New 1st XI captain, Wayne George, is confident that his side can put a poor 2008 campaign behind them and challenge for promotion in KCL Division III. In his first post on the club's new blog George stated: "With Paul Jordan at the helm we are in very strong hands and with the rest of the committee working hard for the cause I think we can look forward with anticipation and excitement for the new year; for one for which we can turn back on and say we really enjoyed, after picking the League Trophy up at the Kent League dinner." He also confirmed the signings of Craig Wretham from Broadstairs, the return of his brother Craig after a prolonged absence as well as the possibility of an overseas from India, in addition to Varun Thaker.
